    Suggestions for Site Direction?

    Hi all,

Was talking to Don, and he suggested posting this question here, since you all don't have a 'critique' area per se.

I've got another gay domain (besides the hankiecodes.com) that I'm putting the finishing touches to design wise, but we're still not certain just WHAT kind of site to make it into.

I've got a pretty good idea of what a "free" site can do, using sub niched folders to create the warning page and 3 free galleries, and then do the link list submissions and search engine sumbissions for each. I'm getting decent I think at making galleries, though I'm not quite sure why they aren't converting just yet... still testing the waters.

A TGP is another possible ... and I know there are some free TGP software's out there ... BUT I am NOT a programmer and I go deaf dumb and blind on installing stuff to cgi bins and htaccess files. (I put poor Rene through hell getting Robot Control onto the lezzie site!)

Right now, a paysite is not in our budget, nor is the hosting that it'd need bandwidth wise ... although at the rate we're burning BW for tgp submissions, I'm gonna have to learn how to setup a server! LOL

We have a slew of sponsors already, but open to looking at others if you care to recommend them. Already aligned with Capital Bucks, TopBucks, MaxCash, Platinum Bucks (sites and store), ARS, Flynt Digital, Integrity Casinos, SIC, Adult Cashier, Nasty Dollar, Adult MasterCash and Wegcash and Dreamzotic. (ok, we're new and signed up with dang near everyone LOL) Most of those were so we could use the galleries over on freehostedgalleries.com for content til we could put up our own hosted content on the lesbian site.

Considering targeting the MaxCash sites for the basis of the new site ... and filling in a couple other sponsors for some non adult software type stuff.

We're leary of the AVS -- and I don't understand it all that well either. And others are forecasting a short life ahead with all this Visa stuff going on.

Anyway, here's the design sample ... links don't work, it's just a pic to look at for now. http://www.lesbianporn4free.com/sample/

Also, is showing the dick in logo header a NO NO for warning page? Should I make the header without male gentials showing for warning/index.html?

And shameless plug for Ounique ... the design is their content <G>

Thanks for taking a look ... and any insight offered!

My thought is that a warning page is for those who may or may not be under 18 so showing nudity would not be a good idea - hit them when they get to the main page. The pictures are cute and there is enough text to draw anyone in.

Hit me up if you need content as well.

Thanks for the feedback! So, my bare bottomed boy in the main section should get swapped out too then?

why not make it a portal site? Lots of pages plus lots of text so that you get good s.e. rankings.

as for sensoring the first page, I personally think it is a load of crap! I mean, seriously, you think someone would go to a site called gay dicks 4 you and not expect nudity? But then again, I am just an Aussie living in a US-sensored internet world.

    cheers!

    Luke

    Hey hun:

no I dont think you should take the bare bottom away.. for some reason an ass is okay to show, hell even seen it in TV commercials. There are just some things that need to be shown, and those are cute asses. LOL
