I am tired of my hosting... I will not say the name here, because I am afraid that they delete my sites. But I will destroy them after I have moved away.

Guys!!! please need some help. I need to move my website, buy I don't know anything about how to do it. My site is a banner exchange that runs in a windows NT server and work with a MS SQL Database.

Do you know any good hosting that can help me to move to their server with out killing my wallet?
