YES, AVS are against Visa regulations, can't say illegal, but there are NO avses really now. I thought we understood that when we started this thread.

AVS sites are not good anymore, at least not the free model... users are aware of the trick and they dont bite it anymore as in the past.

Also AVSs are supposed to be illegal, they are not supposed to be able to do that anymore nowadays...

For someone with out even a basic understanding of free sites, avs sites or really anything else that you can not regurgitate on us it might be a good idea to pick your battles. Its nice that you want to be a lap dog for so many people, I just don’t think you really understand that is not going to get you anyplace. You are really the kind of person that can not think for themselves so you believe that others are going to point you in the right direction on everything, but I am sorry to say things in the real world do not work like that. I know you are not going to take what I say to be the truth, but maybe if your around in a few years you might get it. :penny:

And THY when I asked if anyone knew anything about prideaccess, Max said that the AVS/AEN model has not eveolved in five years and only GMP is any good.

Every time someone posts on the boards that AVS/AEN is dead I just chuckle to myself.

For those of you that say AVS business model is illegal, you might want to call your lawyer. There was never any law passed that made them illegal. Credit card companies were going to refuse to process for those types of sites due to the implication that children could access porn. Credit card companies opened up their marketing plans to kids 16 and above. Smart idea for them, but that also allowed access to pay porn sites as well without raising any flags, and they did not want that stigma out in the public. So AVS or AEN has never been illegal.

AVS business model is not dead. Mansites and Sexkey have both been thriving just fine over the past 2 years.

Just remember that if you work with Mansites you are going to be paid ON TIME every 2 weeks. You will have the benefit of great conversion ratios, and you can reach either Craig or myself nearly all the time.

ok sorry then, i thought that the Adult Verification Systems were declared illegal by visa... i guess that back then some programs closed doors due to other reasons.

and discussing about the free model vs the paid model is pointless i think... i just stated my point of view as an owner of both programs...

they closed because they either didn't want to go thru the trouble of complying with VISA or they thought they can ignore VISA
