No popups on my I.E. 6.0.2 Windows browser. As I closed it I heard the warning a popup was trying to load but nothing did. :high:

At least give me one link that defeats the SP2.

If you had another opened windows, just look at them and you'll find http://www.ya.ru in one of them
If you heard a sound and get nothing and also didn't get warning from SP2, in that case it was blocked not by SP2!!! If SP2 blocks pop-up, it says about it.

I only have SP2 Popup Blocker on a normal windows Xp computer. I just lowered to Low level blocking on SP2 .. went to the page, waited for it to load, then closed it, none of my other IE windows changed to the URL you mentioned above and no new window popped up. What's another URL? I really want to see SP2 defeated!! :high:

The "popup" occurs only if you allow an activex component to run. At least that was the way I could get the popup to show.
