Folks,
For those of you who were at the http://www.GayWebmasterBash.com lunch, this will not be news....... We are looking at organizing a "forum" in Sydney Australia for March 2006 ... GLIB - Gay Leaders in the Internet Business The best part? We will run this around the Sydney Gay And Lesbian Mardi Gras week !!! The idea has been very well received and we expect support to be strong from all areas of our business. Some points of thumb I am considering for starters... 1. We are looking at block bookings to try and get everyone over on business class at MUCH reduced prices (it is a long flight !) 2. Block booking of rooms in a NICE hotel, cheaper and with open hospitality suite/s for each evening. 3. A complete seminar/discussion schedule, including complete transcripts of same for your records and later reference ;-) 4. Group bookings at a variety of the Mardi Gras events during the week (and there are LOTS !!!) 5. Some organized outings to some of the better touristy type things. 6. A group open camera boat cruise on Sydney Harbor. 7. PLENTY of free time !! 8. Active assistance in extending your trip to take in other parts of this wide brown land downunder to make the most of your trip. 9. A REAL Aussie BBQ (NO shrimps on this barbeque!) at a real Aussie webmasters house. Interested? Feedback? More ideas? Concerns? Anything? I don't know if it is in the budget or not, but I'd love to head Down Under and check out Australia and hang out with everyone from Vegas again. It was my first event of this kind, but I hope not my last, you guys were all so kind to a "newbie"!

Great to see the good feelings are spread around !
