My newest domain uses PHP and Google indexed pages even before the site was publicly launched or had any incoming links (that I am aware of). After launch, I got incoming links and got page rank for some pages at the very next Google reranking.

Let's see how fast your new domain gets a page with PR after you get your first incoming link.
