    Beware of Dean Arrow & Associates

    We have had quite a few problems with them. Affiliates in foreign countries use them for processing payments but we have had some affiliates missing payments etc. We have banned all non approved 3rd party payment processing centers. I would highly suggest not making payments through these centers.

    Yes it is from my understanding. Mostly for foreign webmasters.
