Im noticing a lot more of the straight owned companies are starting to hire gay individuals to promote their gay site offerings.

Over the last few months ive been contacted by several companies asking if i would be interested in helping them grow their gay traffic levels but, when we spoke about the details, the same problems occured in the conversations as what happened back in '96.. They didnt want to spend money actively targeting gay marketers outside of 'board whoring'

On the plus side, it does show that a lot of companies are now starting to realize the potential in the gay market place to make a lot of money my only concern is that they are going to end up turning the gay surfer off joining sites like they have done to straight surfers.

So what do you folks think about this, have we come full circle in the industry or, has the straight market place become so over-saturated that a lot of these companies are looking at gay traffic as a means to off-set the money they are losing on their straight site offerings?

Regards,

Lee
