Is it a norm to ask a lot of questions that are fluff or passing the time type questions without answering them yourself?
Examples:
“What Is Your Most Valuable Business Asset Right Now? “ By Lee
“Here's An Interesting Question About Sponsor Programs... “ By Lee
“Other Than 'Porn' What Other Incomes Do You Have?” – By Lee
Yet no response to the question with your OWN feelings or Answers to the topics.
Why is that?

Can't speak for Lee, but I'd think it was to spur discussion on those topics, to gain an insight into what others would feel on the issue, and if you answer your own question, why ask it? :coffeecup: Just my 2 cents though.

why ask it?
how about to get to know the posters on the board and to help us get to know each other better? and if you ask lee, he'll always tell you. i've asked him back on several threads and he seemed happy to respond.
Oh and you will also note they are business related, in order for a question to have the best answers, you really shouldnt give people options to agree with an answer that has already been made.
For example, do you like coffee to?
You have 2 possible answers to that question, yes or no, a whole thread full of 'yes' or 'no' answers doesnt really help anyone get to know anyone better.
By asking an open question, 'what are your thoughts about' you get a much wider range of answers that can be discussed by everyone in the community.

IE: How else do you make money? Myself, I also run a printing company and shop at yard sales for eBay auction items
This lets me know that my answers are not just for a "I need something else to do so I'll ask what other people do and see what I can make money at.

I said 'i know we have a few more daytraders / realtors' which, to me, indicates that is what i do outside the adult industry.
I guess it depends on how you read the first post in a thread ultimately.

Lee's 'view', or stance, is, more often than not, more than apparent, at least to some of us --- he 's provided answers for most (if not all) of the questions he posed to us.
