So i just received an email from a site owner who told me that i am using his RSS feed 'illegally' by using the content contained within the feed on a site that i own.

Now here is where the problem comes in, the fact that its an RSS feed means that anyone can link to it and use the content of the feed does it not?

That was certainly my beleif when i set this feed up.

What do you folks think, should i just email the guy back telling him to fuck himself whilst explaining that he doesnt have a clue about how the 'interweb' or RSS feeds work, or should i remove his RSS Feed from my site?
