Do you push a program without a program rep? Or one who doesn't seem to have the time?

I joined a program, got the auto response, cut and paste reply and included was the ICQ of the rep.

Added it to ICQ and here it is, 2 weeks later and it's still in the "Awaiting Auth." Position.

I'm close to passing up the program all together for this one simple item but wanted to hear yall's (heh) view.
