As I suspected, CCBill appears in late stage development on a completely new affiliate program, admin area and stats package that they expect to roll out in the summer time frame. A couple of their new features appear to be 1 affiliate code for all sites you promote that are ccbill sites, as well as instantly loading signup pages no matter where they are in the world.
