Does anyone here know of any gay links lists that have the following rules?

30 pic minimums
2-3 site submissions a day

Not really bothered about the rest of the rules as they are pretty standard, limited outbound links, no illegal content, etc, etc, etc

Im hoping to find about 9 link lists with the two rules i mentioned above anyone have any they could share?
