Paid Inclusion Or Organic Search Engine Traffic?

Do you folks have a preference when it comes to gleaming traffic from the major search engines as to the actual quality of said traffic based on your own experiences?

I know for me over the past few years whenever ive ran paid inclusion on the search engines, the quantity has always been there but not so much the quality, for example, i could spend $100 and on paid inclusion and make perhaps $140 back on that investment or, i could spend a whole day doing some basic SEO work and see a trickle of hits come in month after month that actually generates income without any investment other than time.

Do any of you folks purely concentrate on paid listings in the SEs vs concentrating purely on organic inclusion and, if so, have you tried alternates but switched back?

    Regards,

    Lee

paid, assuming you have the money to sustain it
it's near instant and you control the messaging in an exact way

ideally one should do both for longer term revenue/traffic building purposes

I know you do a lot of paid inclusion stuff, are there any tips youd like to share about what makes a good paid inclusion campaign?

Other than making sure you use the right affiliate links
