Tomorrow we take our baby in to the vet to see why she has a lump on her chest...she's only 5
(She's my sisters too, but I have had her for the past 4 years)
Wish us luck and say a prayer that it isn't anything bad
She's the one with the blue eyes

Kookie (as I call her) is about the best friend/love I've ever had.
She knows how to turn on and off lights, she plays frisbee, she says "mama", and can do just about anything I ask her to (I talk to her like she's human, and I know she understand everything I say)
I just haven't been able to teach her how to vaccume yet...
I hate to project (but, I'm a wee bit scared) I only hope it isn't some cancer shit....I wouldn't know what to do
I understand completely.I have two golden retrievers, a siames cat and an orange tabby and they are more dear to me than my boyfriend (hope he doesnt read this).
Ihave the same concerns, one of the goldens is getting on in age, almost 9 now, and starting to develop lots of skin conditions,as well as hip displasia and severe arthritis.
I try not to project, but I am realistic. My goal is to make sure my girls have the best quality of life for the time they have, they get to go play on the beach every day, and actaully have a much better life than some of mynephews and nieces.
Keep your spirits up and dont dorrow trouble, there is enough real stuff. Easier said than done, but my suggestion would just be to pick them up and have a good hug. Mine know when i am woried and down and always refuse to leave me alone tile they distract me.
I will be thinking about you guys all weekend and waiting to hear the GOOD news on Monday.
Best of luck dude hopefully its nothing
Regards,
Lee
