Now that we've established that you're all girls, gurls, and women, how do we get more of you to the board? Do we do a good enough job around here of being positive and friendly to our female members? Is there anything we could be doing better?

And for the record, I've had the pleasure of talking to and doing business with many of you, and I've always enjoyed working with the women in our industry. I'm glad there are so many of you associated with us.

It's a good question really. We as in us ladies are definately the minority in this bunch and this industry. I have met a fair share of ladies though at conventions and get togethers. They are a great bunch. But I think they mostly promote straight sites or they are photographers of girls for straight sites. Or at least that is my impression.

In all honesty - the women that I know of that work with the gay market, or are lesbians working in the adult biz... have at some point joined this forum. When I do run across someone that I haven't seen here, I give them a link. After that, it's kinda up to them how much they participate.

As to ways to actually try to target more women that we aren't aware of that work the gay market that they are welcome here ... I don't have any solid recommendations. If they come by and take the time to read awhile, I think it's pretty obvious that women are indeed welcomed and supported by the male side of GWW.
