Programs that Auto Create Screen Shots from Videos??

Hey What's Up,

Are there any programs on the market that would auto create screen shots from a video file? I have about 20 movies that I need to make screen shots out of, and I was wondering is there an easier way to do this, besides doing it manually? Thanks
