Where do you find staffing?

Help Wanted:

We are looking for a web developer with good graphics skills, plus the usual developer skill sets (cgi, php, css, html) to work for our fabulous new york based muscle sites.

I need a strong portfolio, a great attitiude, ability to work on your own - and you dont NEED to work from the office... you just need to be able to come in now and again; which means you must live in New York, preferably Manhattan or environs.

In NYC you should have really good luck advertising on Craigslist. We've made our last several hires from there, gotten lots of applicants and good people to choose from... and NYC craigslist has much bigger readership than Sacramento.
