Saw a bunch at www.rockbottomcontent.com, more at www.Ounique.com - and you can actually do a search for tattoos for their content availability. Bunch of sets at www.pridecontent.com had twinks with tats.

I always figured permanent tats limited a model. There are sites where I can spot the same person right off and not bother purchasing anything because I'm already fed up with visual presence of that person.
