Seems to me I recall seeing some plugins, for like wordpress, that uses the JW Player.

Ah, here it is JWPlayer Plugin for Wordpress, and LongTail Video is the plugin's author. I'd assume they don't expect folks to license/pay for that, even if we are making money? ...as they put it out there for free to begin with.
I use that player on all my blogs with videos.
Did 1 install on my main company server and copy paste the code into all my blogs.
The install was very easy and the setup wizard creates the code for you when you enter the location of the files and the size you want displayed.
Now if I can only find more sponsors with hosted FLVs.
