We have a bunch of files that are 780mb in size and we only have 700mb cd's LOL
Anyone know if there is such a thing as a 800+ cdrom?

Your mileage may vary on "overburning" discs. Not all burners read or burn that far to the edge of the disc. If you have a somewhat modern burner you'll likely be ok, but there's always that small risk.
I would go with Bec's suggestion. I have a DVD burner and its not dual but I can still store a bit over 4 gigs. You should consider the upgrade. It is well worth it ! I Love my DVD burner
