BananaGuide /Amateur Straight Guys Suit Settled

We have received a very nice Christmas present this year. Digital Ventures, which owns Amateur Straight Guys, has paid Untangled Web Inc. (BananaGuide.com) everything they owed us on initial sales and rebills to Oct. 12 (the day they "closed" their affiliate program).

We had originally issued suit in Arizona state court on October 13. Digital Ventures later offered to pay us in 5 installments starting December 15 but we sent the offer back to them as we did not wish to be waiting around for partial payments for six months, always worried that the next payment would not come.

Digital Ventures then offered to pay the full amount by Dec. 15. We decided at that point to drop any claims to recover legal costs, rebills after Oct. 12 or interest.

I am elated about this as our legal costs were minimal. Chad did well for us.
