Yes it does make sense, i do that on all of my exit links where possible (send them to a domain parked at Sedo that i make money from) and where im not doing that, ill link them directly to Evidence Wipe which you can promote through Condom Cash.
I currently make between $2-300 a month from Sedo parking using this method and make around a sale or two to Evidence Wipe on the sites where i use that.

Im doing what lee suggested at the moment with some of my sites and i havent made a lot but i have made about $12 in the past 2 weeks which is better than wasting it :)
