Cash Or Credit?
I just wondered what you folks used to pay for stuff?
Im a big fan of putting stuff on a credit card although Gary typically likes paying with cash or his debit card for some reason [shrug]
Also, do you carry any money with you at all or only rely on plastic?
If im carrying my wallet i like to have at least $50 in it, for some reason i just dont like leaving the house with no physical cash on me.
Regards,
Lee

plastic only.. here our cards work as both credit and debit so just go with debit unless its low tide in the account :D

I get American Airline miles when I use my CitiBank MasterCard so I charge everything so that I can to get those miles. I even get it when I use my CitiBank ATM so I charge groceries, meals, literally everything that I can.
Make your cash work harder for you...

Cash or Debit card... I hate nasty surprises at the start of a month, so no CC plus I am an impulse buyer.. credit cards make it too easy.. :innocent:

Cash for small purchases... fast food, cigs... all that healthy stuff
Debit card for medium-sized purchases... eating out, filling the gas tank, grocery shopping, clothes, gifts, etc.
Credit card for large purchases... travel, electronics, computers, etc.
I also prefer to do most of my shopping online so I always use a debit or credit card depending on the size of the purchase.

Credit cards are not that widely accepted over here, but you can used debit cards almost everywhere. However, I prefer to pay cash whenever possible. Gives me more control on my spendings.
And I hate people using debit cards because it slows down the whole process at the check-out. The cashier has to print out the slip twice, the customer has to sign one of it and the cashier has to verify the signature on the card. This is sooooooooo 20th century!

Debit card ..like case but without having to carry it. I hate the idea of using an actual credit card since I get very nervous with debt.
