What Sponsors Have The Highest Payouts?

I dont mean in terms of promo payouts etc, but adult sponsors (gay or straight) that pay the most per sale regularly?

I know there are a lot of $40PPS programs out there in adult but was wondering if anyone knew of a sponsor that paid more than that all the time?

Also, what about non-adult sponsors, who has the highest non-adult payout that you folks know about?

Do you know how the define 'active member'?

Is that if a surfer just signs up, if a surfer rebills, logs in to the members area, etc?
