anyone use the new Kodak Z812?

i liked one of the features on the kodak z712 a lot - it allowed you to use the optical zoom while shooting video, yet the camera was small and light enough to just carry around. still, quality was better from the S3 IS, and quality rocks. now kodak has come out with the z812, and it shoots HD videos. compressed, yes, but still...

i was wondering if anyone here had gotten their hands on one and shot HD with it yet, and if so, is it okay quality? i'm not expecting it to be as good as a $2500 - $5000 camcorder...
