Last night I joined a site that wasn't mac compatible, didn't stream, so I was left with downloading mp4.txt files which played like regular video. That's cool. Is it hard to set this up ?

If you look - This image is a .txt file
It's a way to pull data past a set of rules on a hosted server like geocities who doesn't allow hot linking
Arrrrr!
Right yes i remember now :broccoli: Thanks dude.
I'm just glad they had it. I was totally bumbed out that I had just joined and no way to view the videos. I believe they had them as ipod downloads. I just saved them to the desktop, deleted the .txt and they were .mp4's. I guess as long as you have a conversion software to make .wmv's or whatever your using into .txt files, it shouldn't be that difficult.
