They're advertising in Klixxx and seem to offer euro debit and other payment options to capture non-US traffic that I've not seen anyone other than 2000Charge (whom I'll never use again) offer. But their site (e-paycompany.com) seems to have little specifics about what they offer for pay sites.
Anyone know any background or have any experience with them?
