LONDON - British communications regulator Ofcom has handed down a new Broadcasting Code that – we swear it – leaves few restrictions on sexual material or profane language on the air after 9 p.m., unless we count adult films banned due to lack of secure encryption.
One of the other restrictions is that "all reasonable steps must be taken" to keep the titillation and (expletives deleted) from those under 18 regardless – because it "might seriously impair their moral development."
The 9 p.m. "watershed," much like the so-called "family viewing hours" of American network television that covered time slots prior to 9 p.m., "remains the building block of regulation," Ofcom said in the new code.
“There is a limit to regulation because we cannot be in everyone’s home," Ofcom Head of Standards Chris Banatvala told the London Times. "Parents have to take responsibility too, and we still see the watershed as the most useful tool.”
The new code further says that adults should exercise "informed choice" over what to view or hear, while the F- and C-bombs are "permitted with justification" while viewers must receive "adequate protection" and warnings about harmful or offensive material.

I think thats a good decision imho.
Kids shouldnt be up after 9pm at night anyway $0.02
