www.istanboys.com is the closest i can think of. Turkish guys.
http://www.kobi-israel.com/ is also the only gay israeli themed site i could find. great pics. they are all G-rated, was hoping there was something out there a bit more on the hardcore side...
Istan Boys as Brian mentioned was the first site i thought of, actually i dont know that there are many middle eastern guy sites.. hmmm.
