Mark. An ass of itself we are considering to not fall under the 2257. The picture you posted could be classified as simulated sex as it looks like the tounge doesn't touch the hiney. However, I think a case could be made though that it is a depiction of anal-oral conduct which would fall under 2257. Personally, as an affiliate I would not use the banner.
