E-Books With Resale Rights?

I think i may have asked this before but couldnt find the thread if i did..

Does anyone know where to find a range of ebooks with FULL resale rights?

By a 'range of' i mean something like a depository or ebook providers covering just about every topic under the sun and more?

So far the only reseller type deals i have been able to find were for shitty 3 page books that would make a GFY'er seem intelligent :(
