European Based Check Processors

Are there any truly European based ACH/check processors?

NOT ones that simply contract a US company or have a US presence themselves.

No.

Most cheque payments in Europe arent made online like they are in the U.S.

They normally get sent through the mail to the creditor or, they get put on check guarantee card for example, Switch.

Thats been my experience anyway.

Direct Debit is also becoming more and more popular so far as making payments that would usually be made by cheque.

I think I may have confused all and sundry...

I am looking for a European based company that processes US and/or Canadian checks.

I have a European debit processor already.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
