Porn Star Promotion

Is it me or do I see very little actual porn star promotion on line for Gay Porn.

I see niche specific most. Very different from the Straight side where personally I plan to market the porn stars appearing in movies on our site very heavily.

We pulled links together for any star that appeared in 13 or more movies so we have straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual & shemale stars

Here is a sample of a gay actor's landing page

Now this is one database so I now have to ajust the gay pages so the pornstar links at the bottom reflect gay actors but If that was fixed would you find it to be a viable marketing tool?

I think it's a great idea, actually.

and I'm not sure I've seen much of it in the gay market.. so..go...

I don't know whether it's specific to twink sites or whether it's more general but most of our site members are constantly wanting NEW guys and they don't like it much when we try to big up models and make them mini-celebrities. Even if a model is really popular at first, people seem to get bored of him really fast - they want someone new. Even if we get the guys doing different things, new ideas, new locations, people still just ask for new models! The attitude seems to be "had him, who's next?".

That is interesting! I know if I changed the criteria to pull all porn star in 1-10 movies Id harvest many more gay porn stars on our site. ill have to do that next. Shit, that adds another to do item on my growing list
