Fucking CCBill
We've just discovered that CCBill have suspended our account with no warning because they say they can't find the contract we signed with them in 2003. Without having a contract on file, they won't process for us.
What a bunch of c*nts! The account has been fine for years - they've never asked for the contract to be re-sent, never said there's a problem with anything. Then today they just turned us off without even telling us. We had to e-mail them to find out why.
Grrrrrrrrrr. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I can't believe the arrogance of these big companies.

*deep breath*
All working now.
-
wow, that's pretty fucked up. they lose a document, and you lose your processing?
congrats on getting things resolved so fast, though!!!
-
The dumbest thing is that they *still* haven't sent the contract they want us to re-sign!!
-
How did you get them to start processing for you again so quickly, without a resigned contract? That's even more messed up.. we lost something so we'll cut them off without notice, they complain so we'll turn them back on without getting what we were missing, which was the reason for cutting them off in the first place.. is that right? :mental:

Try the billing company we use neova.net you will probally get a better rate AND not have this sorta thing happen.
been with them since the ibill crash and love them
-
We are in the process of switching to Paycom at the moment. Which makes the timing of today's tantrum even more irritating.
-
British,
I'd be happy to look into what exactly happened if you would like.

Aaaaaaaaarg! I've got a gazillion links pointing to your site! :(
Never mind I didn't see the part about it being back in place....
-
Yeah that would suck if any of your affiliates don't bother reading the whole thread. Glad to see this got worked out, your site is fantastic!
-
Sorry (or not) but, I've "always" questioned CCBill....yet, no one ever answers "my" threads about them!
My sponsors with CCBill being at 0:3000 is just a wonderment to me!
Let alone using them as a processor!
