2257 question (message boards)

How does this effect Message Boards?

IE: The content section or other forums with motive to display nudity for art or sale.

Would the Owner of the forum need to comply to 2257 as well as the producers? If I was to start posting sets would I need to submit a copy of all required forms to the Site/Forum owner (Lee in this example) to cover their backside?

We're told that we fall under the same provision as a hosting company would therefore, at the present time, we dont need to maintain 2257 documents for images posted on GWW by third parties :)
