Dont go with an attorney in the same state as iBill.
Go with one out of state, that way, you stand the chance of winning by default if they dont show up :)

I "won" a Small Claims case against them, but still have no way to collect.
Another board mentioned that the only Ibill employee that "gives a shit" has just gotten fired.
That means we're back to dealing directly with Tony Soprano an dhis friends.
