Registry Repair Utility?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a program that will repair my system registry files?

I have a feeling thats what is causing some problems im having with a couple of applications.

What, if anything, are you guys using to resolve registry issues ATM?

I use Registry Mechanic and find that it does a great job. I have tried many other programs but this one IS the BEST!
