The Names Craig, Daniel Craig...

The new James Bond, English actor Daniel Craig, has been officially announced on 14th October 2005. (Although his mum let it slip to local newspapers the day before the official announcement). He has previously starred in films like The Mother, Tomb Raider, Road To Perdition and Layer Cake. The 37 year old is the sixth Bond and the first blond Bond.

David Arnold has also confirmed to the James Bond website, www.MI6.co.uk that he is still working on the project despite rumours to the contrary, to some extent sparked by the recent mysterious removal of his name from the credits on the IMDb website.

Not quite sure if a scouse James Bond is going to be any good but, that being said, its definately a great role for Daniel Craig to land :thumbsup:
