Customer: Where do I download the file to?
Us: Save it to your desktop
Customer: I can't...I'm on my laptop
Not sure about the rest of you but I think we need to have a code that can detect DELL users that connect via AOL.
Am I the only one that get these types of questions?

When I worked at my last job a lot of phone sex operators would buy photo content from us. A lot of these poor girls could barely turn a computer on yet they were sent to us to buy photos of the girls they were pretending to be. So I got a lot of confused girls calling in. One time I went to the bathroom and when I came back my boss had answered my phone and was taking one of those calls. I could see the look of desperation on his face. Then he said, "do you have a friend who can help you?... Good, forward the email with the link to them and have them download it for you... forward the email... there should be a little picture of an arrow that says "forward". LOL!
We take so much for granted, don't we. :nerd:
