CCBill Question - Affiliate Tracking And Sales Registering

Okay this might be a stupid question but..

Lets say my CCBill affiliate code is 1234567 for Lukes http://www.hunkmoney.com program.

Do i HAVE to join the http://www.fratcash.com program for me to use that affiliate code or, will any sales made to Fratcash show up in stats automatically without my having to signup to them specifically?

Does that make sense?

[edit] Clearing it up a little more..

So that with Lukes program my linking code would be www.site.com/?1234567 for example (imagine thats a real ccbill linking code for a second) and Jasuns Fratcash linking code would be www.fratcash.com/?9876543 if i sent traffic to fratcash.com/?1234567 would sales still show up under the 1234567 account?

you have to sign up for each program separately as for each program, you will have a separate affiliate id - even if you get all the programs payouts on one check.
