PrideBucks Taking Sponsors for QFest ’06 @ InterNext
[Miami Beach, FL] The enormously popular QFest Gay Photoshoot Party will return to InterNext at January’s InterNext for the third year and sponsorship opportunities are now open.
The party, a tradition for gay webmasters attending the first conference of the year, will take place on January 4th in the penthouse suite of the Venetian. The evening will feature an open bar, hors d’oeuvres and a live gay sex show where webmasters can shoot free content.
“This event is very popular with webmasters as they are invited to bring cameras and snap up all of the free content they want,” said Rainey Stricklin, VP of Marketing for PrideBucks, the presenting sponsor of the event. “We provide model releases on the spot.”
As a sponsor of the event, companies will receive tremendous pre-party marketing, be well-branded at the party and continue to be promoted long after the party. Branding opportunities include:
- Placement of your 120x60 button on the official party page at http://www.pridebucks.com/qfest
- Logo or company name on the t-shirts worn by the bartenders. Body paint may be used in lieu of t-shirts.
- The ability to place or pass out advertising materials during the party. No other company will be able to distribute promotional materials during the party.
- A non-exclusive license and copy of the photos taken by the official party photographer. Sponsors may use the photos as content or future marketing materials
- Company name and logo will be placed on the 2 sponsor banners, which will be displayed during the party.
- Name/logo on all other promotional media including PrideBucks Webmaster newsletters.
- Co-branding on drinking cups and napkins.
- Logo/url and two lines of text on a full gloss postcard-sized playbill. We will send each sponsor playbills before the show which may be given out as invitations/reminders.
- First right of refusal for Q-Fest 2007.
