i haven't had much luck getting them to respond lately except by phone, and since don mike left i haven't seen anyone from ounique on the boards.

Yep havent really heard much from then since Don left other than occasional spam in the anouncements section of GWW.

You might want to shoot them a PM via GWW, you never know it might work :)
