Tech Question: Clean/Full Delete Utilities?

Hey all. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on or knew about a good program to fully delete a program off of your computer?

Obviously Windows has the Add/Remove Programs feature in the Control Panel, and most programs come with an Uninstall option.

But I have a program on my computer that apparently was never fully installed when I tried to install it awhile back. And so whenever I try and use one of those standard methods to delete it, it never gets fully erased and oftentimes the computer will freeze up when trying to uninstall it.

I believe Norton Disk Utilities might have had a feature such as a full/clean uninstall tool but don't really remember if that was actually the case as it's been awhile since I u sed it.

But if anyone knows of any, lemme know! Thanks! :)
