Paycom cancel page problem?

Has anyone else had this problem? When a paycom user cancels they are supossed to be offered a discounted membership (if you have that setup). I have done this myself and it used to work fine but for a past 2 months it has not offered the discount, it just cancels the member. Anyone else notice this? I am trying to get Paycom to fix this.

I thought the problem was more than just my account but they checked into it and some of my product codes did not have the discounts. They are fixing everything now. :)
