Well, being in business since 1999 so we are doing OK...but really want to know what you PROS think of the new tour...
Don't just think of it with your PRO mind but with the mind of a surfer...and how THEY think...

I liked the whole feel of it, very clean, direct, photos looked hot
I think the biggest thing I noticed is that you don't have JOIN NOW occuring at intervals as you move down each tour page and at the base along with the more tour link. Having it as a header nav link only could hurt your conversions.
Yup, you need BIG ASS links everywhere, like on the main page the tour link is buried, I would add in a big "ENTER HERE" link, plus make sure there are obvious join links on every page.
Also, why so cheap? It looks like a brilliant site I would be charging at least 25-30 per month.

Thanks for the feedback...great suggestions...working on adding them to the tour. As for the price...I agree that it is worth more BUT I have to be priced close to other sites in my niche.

Add a multiple month price option on the join page and also, make the join page no more than 1 click away from any link that says 'join now' i counted two clicks a couple of times not including the 'submit' button on the join page itself.
Get the surfer to the join page and submitting their information as soon as possible, the longer it takes them to join, the longer you give them to change their mind and move on to another site.
You should also offer them another option than just credit card and, mention it on the join page, processing through CCBill you have access to a dialer, phone billing and check payment option, choose one of these in addition to the credit card option.
One other thing i noticed was that a couple of the models were repeated on the larger pictures on the tour, you have plenty of content, make sure you show as many different models as possible.
Also, lose all that shit at the bottom of your index page, its doing nothing for you there but creating traffic leaks to sites that YOU dont make money on. If you must have links put them somewhere inconspicuos on the 2nd or 3rd tour page once the surfer has realized that they dont have to scroll down to continue.
On the issue of pricing, bump that sucker up to $19.95 you have to stay within a certain price to be on the same level as your competition but, you also have to eat and live ;)

Looks Great, although I do agree that you need more "JOIN HERE!!!" links.
Looks great! If you offer some promo content, I'd love to promote that site in my blogs.
The only thing about the tour is I would make the webmasters link smaller and move it down to the bottom. I think it's best not to confuse your potential clients or show them how much you're paying people to promote your site.

It looks good, I would suggest just more join links. From my experience surfers are not all that bright most of the time and don't read so you are going to have to have big graphics "click here to join" or something.
