Good webcam program

Trying to find a good webcam program that i could add to my website...

i'am using a mac computer so i need a compatible software that will work nice does anyone have any good recommendation

If using mac that would pretty much leave media player, I think you can stream from a mac using it. I know mac's can read media player, not for sure on the transmit of your webcam using it though. Emulive won't work at all on mac's so that isn't a option. I believe those are your only two options.

Get a cheap pc for the webcam and stream it from that, use your mac for your other stuff. The webcam can be resource heavy anyway, you may not want it on your main computer anyway. Good luck!

Windows media player is free, but who ever you are hosting with make sure they offer it, you will run it through them. They will have the windows media server and you will just configure the free windows media player plugin on your pc and you are good to go. You will need a little of the configuring and you should be ready for take off.
