Any benefit to Google sitemap submission

You studs found any benefit to submitting a sitemap to Google?

Only benefit is to help it find deeper pages and pages with fewer inbound links, if you have a complex site. Sitemaps alone don't do anything for ranking.

Yup i agree with what Mike said although, im currently testing a theory i have on the higher rankings ;)
