Are you paying them money for a service? If you answer yes, 1099 'em. Except lawyers. We hate 1099's

If memory serves, you don't have to 1099 corporations. So if your leased content provider is a corporation and not an LLC, partnership, or sole proprietorship, you probably do not have to 1099 them. Of course, only your hairdresser knows for sure :)
You are right Chip I asked my accountant about this today and confirmed it. Most leased content providers are incorporated so this makes alot less work for me. :)Quote:
