So since 10pm last night we seem to have had a storm in the area and it sounds like it is getting worse as time goes by :(
Thats the one bad thing about living less than 1/2 a block away from the ocean, we get these things a lot quicker than anyone else :(
So, on the off-chance power goes out and im not around for the 125000th post winner, ill be sure to announce who wins the main prize list as well as the 3 runner up prizes as soon as i can get back online.

That's the one thing I miss about the east coast, the storms. LA goes from pissing rain to monsoon, but never a good old fashioned thunderstorm. :(

There was a report recently about the best place to live if you like the tropical and at least risk for storm damage: Hawaii.

I saw the radar loop a while ago on WeatherUnderground and couldn't believe we're getting this in February. Last year this time it was fucking cold now it's like a yo yo -- cold and hot every other day :(
